The recruitment services is a one-time fee, but once you hire an operator, it will be your responsibility to pay the operator regularly as agreed between you and the operator.</li><li value="2">Do I only pay a one-time for the recruitment service only? Yes, the recruitment service is a one-time fee. After you choose an operator, you will be responsible for paying them directly regularly as agreed upon by you and the operator.</li><li value="3">Do I have to provide written operating procedures (SOPs)? No, however, the operator cannot know or complete any tasks to your specifications without this information in writing to avoid miscommunication. In writing, this information can be reviewed, discussed, and updated without relying on memory or risking miscommunication.</li></ul></li></ul>
